Shy Datika is the CEO of ILS Brokers Ltd. and an OTC interbank dealer of FX and derivatives. He is also an external Director, member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Investment Committee of Altshuler Shaham Funds and Pension Ltd. Shy has 18 years of experience in the capital markets, specializing in foreign exchange and is a former member of the Investment Committee at Eliahu Insurance Company Ltd. Shy has holds M-B-A in Finance & Management from Manchester Business School and a BA in Mathematics & Physics from Tel Aviv University.

Tal Elyashiv

Tal Elyashiv is a seasoned Senior Business and Technology Executive,a serial entrepreneur and an investor. He has over 20 years of experience as an executive with global corporations including as a CIO at Capital One, CIO at Bank of America, and Head of Technology and New Business at 888.com. Tal has extensive experience growing successful businesses and operations in North America, Europe, and the Far East. He has founded and built multiple companies in the financial, online, gaming, and social domains, including reaching multiple successful “exits”.He is currently serving as an active chairman of YouSites;is a board member at Exactor; and serves as advisor to multiple other companies.
